As a Virtual Assistant, I reduce tasks for other entrepreneurs, small business owners and independent professionals so that they can focus on the core of their business. With over 20 years of experience as an administrative professional and as a graduate of AssistU, I provide outsourced administrative and business support services -- with expertise in public relations, marketing and communications -- without needing to be physically present in my clients' offices. Because I work with my clients via phone, Internet, fax and e-mail, they can be across the street or across the globe
My client base is small, which allows us to work in long-term, collaborative partnerships. And since I'm not on my clients' payroll, they don't have to provide me with office space, purchase extra equipment, or pay employee benefits or taxes. My fees are arranged exclusively on a retainer basis and I require a monthly commitment of at least ten hours from my clients. For their investment, they receive 100% productive time and all of my vast talents and skills acquired from over 20 years of working in "Corporate America."

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, I attended Georgia State University and completed coursework towards an Associate of Science Degree in Aviation Administration. I live with my husband in Cary, North Carolina
Outside of my VA practice, I serve in voluntary positions as Chair of the Wake Technical Community College Advisory Committee for Office Systems Technology and Vice Chair of the Town of Cary's Sister Cities Commission. I am the former Board Secretary for Chix in Business, Inc., an organization of women-owned businesses in Raleigh and I currently serve as a board member for Friends of the Page-Walker Hotel, a nonprofit organization established to save Cary's historic cornerstone. When time permits, my hobbies include herb gardening, traveling, golfing, wine tasting, watching Food Network and The Fine Living Channel, and reading fiction (in particular, female detective novels).
